Delivery

Since we are located in the Middle East, delivery is important to discuss.
The price for a package is automatically calculated according to the weight of products you chose to buy.
We use 2 types of delivery - small packages up to 2 kg, and EMS delivery.
Delivery prices for small packages up to 2 kg are calculated according to predefined table (the lighter the package, the cheaper the price). It usually takes the package about 2-3 weeks to arrive if shipped using this method. You can choose EMS delivery for small packages too. In this case, the package will arrive much faster (within about one week), but will cost more.
All packages above 2 kg are shipped through the EMS system, and should arrive to you within about one week.
For packages above 2kg we have added an option to split the order into smaller packages under 2 kg each. For example a hookah and some tobacco, or a heavy hookah, that can be split into parts. Eventually, the delivery price will be much lower than the EMS price. By choosing this method you agree to receive the order in several packages (But most chances are that you receive them together).


Payment We receive payments through PayPal.

You can also use the WebMoney Transfer system. For this purpose, we have an automatic WebMoney payment system which you can use for checking out. The order must be paid for within 3 days otherwise it will be canceled.
If you had trouble paying for the order, you can transfer the payment to purse #Z225056697285 (WMZ type - USD currency). Don't forget to write your details (email number, order number, your name, etc) in the payments comments, so we can complete the order successfully. At this moment, we do not accept credit card payments.

You are fully responsible for any taxes/custom fees or any other payments that may be charged in your country.

We leave ourselves the option to cancel the order and return all the money without giving any reasons.


Tobacco payment and delivery.

PayPal Company forbids use of the system for tobacco payments. If such item (containing tobacco) will be added to your order the PayPal option will be automatically disabled.
Also delivery of tobacco to the US is forbidden by the country’s laws. Placing such an order is your responsibility.


Returns

All our products are carefully selected and thoroughly checked before delivery. The items sent to you are always in the best condition. We use large quantities of wrapping materials to ensure safe delivery of your order.
But, if you have received an unsatisfying product, you have 2 weeks (14 days) to exchange it with no charge.
Send an e-mail to support@me-giftshop.com including your personal information, description of the item, the reason for return, the dates or purchase and receipt, the cost of return (scanned receipt from mail), and then send us the item. We will replace it for you, and refund the cost of mailing it back to us.


Confidentiality

We respect your security and confidentiality. We guarantee complete security of all information coming from our clients.
We also guarantee that this information will not be transferred or otherwise available to anybody else, including other persons and organizations.


Quality

Several kinds of goods exist in the market - cheap and low quality goods, and expensive yet high quality goods.
We try to sell high quality items for relatively low prices. We are located in the Middle East, and thus have access to goods straight from manufacturers (or 1st hand importers) - excellent quality Syrian hookahs, tobacco, and various accessories. We can sell these for less than most of stores.
Also, this gives us a large selection of options to choose the best from.

We are a small group in the Middle East (Israel) that sincerely loves hookahs and other local products. Though some of our items are imported from Nepal, Tibet, India etc, they carry the Eastern spirit and we consider them suitable for our store.
