Q: Who is paying for possible taxes/custom duties?
A: The buyer is responsible for all the customs or possible taxes of the items.

Q: What about tobacco regulations in USA?
A: The law prohibits tobacco sales over internet to USA. We do not ship tobacco (shisha) to USA.

Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: Currently, the payment methods available are PayPal and WebMoney

Q: Why can't I pay with PayPal for my order?
A: You probably have tobacco items in your cart. PayPal policy prohibits paying for such items, and PayPal is automatically disabled. If you believe , that there was a mistake - contact us at support@me-giftshop.com. Currently, the only pay method for tobacco is WebMoney. Credit Card option will be added soon.

Q: What is "Packages of 2kg" shipping option?
A: Heavy packages usually consist of many parts, that weight less then 2 kg. We can split the package into several small packages. Those small several packages, sent through regular air mail (Not EMS) , are cheaper than entire one package, that is sent by EMS. It takes much more time to arrive, though (2-3weeks instead of one). The prices for all shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed in check-out process (before you make the payment)
